HELP WANTED – FULL-TIME AUTOMOTIVE DETAIL SPECIALIST 

Tom Boland Ford Inc. is looking for a dependable, hardworking Automotive Detail Specialist to join our team! If you take pride in making vehicles look their best and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. 

Position: Full-Time Automotive Detail Specialist 

Hours: 

• 
  

  Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 

  
  

Responsibilities: 

• 
  

  Wash, wax, and detail vehicles inside and out 

  
  

• 
  

  Vacuum, shampoo, and clean vehicle interiors 

  
  

• 
  

  Inspect vehicles to ensure high-quality results 

  
  

• 
  

  Maintain a clean and organized work area 

  
  

• 
  

  Work efficiently while meeting quality standards 

  
  

Qualifications: 

• 
  

  Previous detailing experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate 

  
  

• 
  

  Strong attention to detail 

  
  

• 
  

  Valid driver's license with a clean driving record 

  
  

• 
  

  Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team 

  
  

• 
  

  Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
