WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform thorough interior and exterior detail work on new, used, and service vehicles -- washing, vacuuming, polishing, and protecting to dealership standards

• Prepare vehicles for guest delivery -- ensuring every car is clean, presentable, and ready to make a strong first impression

• Apply paint protection, fabric protection, and aftermarket appearance products as directed

• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic issues -- scratches, stains, and odors -- and address or escalate appropriately

• Operate detail equipment including pressure washers, buffers, vacuums, and steam cleaners safely and effectively

• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe detail bay and work area at all times

• Coordinate with service advisors, porters, and sales staff to prioritize vehicle readiness and meet delivery timelines

• Work efficiently on a flat-rate structure -- your throughput, quality, and consistency directly drive your earnings

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Prior detailing experience required -- dealership experience a strong plus, but experience from a detailing shop, car wash operation, fleet service, or similar environment is welcome

• A high personal standard for quality -- you notice what others miss and won't put your name on work that isn't right

• Self-directed and productive -- flat rate rewards speed and consistency, and you need both

• Comfortable operating detail equipment safely and effectively

• Physically capable of standing, bending, and working on your feet throughout the shift in Southern California conditions

• Reliable and punctual -- vehicle readiness touches every department and the whole store notices when it runs well

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• A team-first mindset -- your output supports every corner of the operation
