Developer -GUI development with Sencha (Ext JS)

As we continue to expand our digital product ecosystem, we are seeking a talented Hands‑On GUI Developer with strong Sencha (Ext JS) expertise to join our engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality GUI components using Sencha Ext JS.
• Build responsive, scalable, and intuitive user interfaces for complex, data‑intensive web applications.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless end‑to‑end user experiences.
• Translate UI/UX wireframes into fully functional, production‑ready front‑end modules.
• Optimize front‑end performance, including rendering efficiency, load times, and overall responsiveness.
• Develop reusable components, widgets, and UI patterns aligned with the product’s design system.
• Troubleshoot UI issues, resolve cross‑browser inconsistencies, and ensure high visual and functional quality.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to front‑end best practices and coding standards.
• Integrate front‑end components with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Stay current with Sencha updates, JavaScript ecosystem trends, and emerging front‑end technologies.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of professional front‑end development experience.
• Strong, hands‑on expertise with Sencha Ext JS and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Proven experience building complex, data‑driven GUIs and enterprise‑grade applications.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous data handling.
• Familiarity with MVC/MVVM patterns as implemented in Sencha.
• Strong debugging skills and proficiency with browser developer tools.
• Ability to write clean, modular, maintainable code with a focus on performance.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with distributed teams.
