Devops Engineer

J&T Recruitment is exclusively retained by a fast -scaling SaaS company to hire a DevOps Engineer to modernize their cloud infrastructure.

Salary

$170,000 – $240,000 base + bonus + equity 

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure
  

• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for engineering teams
  

• Implement infrastructure -as -code practices
  

• Manage container orchestration using Kubernetes
  

• Improve monitoring, observability, and system reliability
  

• Work closely with development teams to improve deployment processes
  

• Participate in incident response and infrastructure troubleshooting

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering
  

• Strong experience with AWS and containerized environments
  

• Experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools
  

• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools
  

• Strong automation mindset
  

Interview Process (3 Stages)

1. Recruiter Screening – 30 minutes
   
   Introductory call with J&T Recruitment discussing experience and role overview.
   

2. Technical DevOps Interview – 60 minutes
   
   Discussion around CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, AWS, and infrastructure automation.
   

3. Final Engineering Interview – 60 minutes
   
   System design discussion and culture fit with engineering leadership.
