Didactic Instructor - Department of Physician Assistant

The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Department of Physician Assistant is seeking a part-time non-tenure Instructor.

Organizes and leads educational activities related to classroom instruction. Provides direct teaching to students on an as needed basis. Collaborates with program leadership to develop curriculum. Works closely with the Program Director in facets of didactic education. Serves as a professional role model and mentor for Physician Assistant Studies students.

EDUCATION: Master’s Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program. 

DEPARTMENTAL PREFERENCES: 

• Experience teaching in graduate or undergraduate courses, and mentoring students.
• Ability to lead small teams of programmers and data analysts. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
