Our trucks are the backbone of what we do, and we're looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic who takes pride in keeping equipment in top condition. This is a hands-on role where you'll work on a variety of repairs, from routine maintenance to troubleshooting major breakdowns.

What You'll Do:

  Inspect, maintain, and repair our fleet of ready-mix trucks, semis, and heavy equipment

  
  


• 
  

  Perform scheduled oil changes, brake jobs, tire repairs, and fluid services

  
  


• 
  

  Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and diesel engines

  
  


• 
  

  Diagnose mechanical issues using tools, equipment, and technical manuals

  
  


• 
  

  Complete DOT inspections and ensure trucks are road-ready and compliant

  
  


• 
  

  Keep accurate service and repair records in line with company and DOT standards

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with drivers and dispatch to quickly resolve breakdowns and keep trucks in service

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain shop tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment

  
  

What We're Looking For:

• 
  

  Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or Heavy Equipment Technician

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and air brakes

  
  


• 
  

  CDL license preferred but not required

  
  


• 
  

  Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

  
  


• 
  

  Safety-focused with a positive, team-oriented attitude

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday 6:30 AM start

Occasional rotating on/call Saturdays
