Miller Truck Leasing is hiring immediately for an experienced Diesel Mechanic Technician (A Tech) for our shop in Jessup, MD. With career development opportunities, great benefits, and competitive pay, you can make a long-term career with Miller.

You Will:

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and general reconditioning of equipment on Class 1 through Class 8 vehicles
• Diagnose, document, and repair engine fault codes (Company supplied OEM software) following proper warranty procedures
• Repair / Replace brakes, steering components, suspension, perform alignments, etc.
• Replace clutches & transmissions
• Other duties not listed here though typical for Fleet Maintenance

You Have:

• Completed technical school or have equivalent working experience as a fleet mechanic, diesel mechanic, or heavy equipment mechanic
• Experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Class 1-7 diesel tractors
• A valid CDL (Class A or B) desired, or the ability to acquire one with the assistance of our training team
• Hand tools
• Ability to work:
• Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM
