Diesel Service Manager (2nd Shift)

Service Manager Duties:

• Manage the maintenance and repair of a fleet of refrigerated trucks, tractors, and trailers
• Manage a team of technicians to complete repairs on time
• Maintain running cost within budget
• Work closely with customers to meet their transportation needs

• Ability to work 2nd Shift schedule (3:00 PM until 11:30 PM)
• Six (6) or more years of management experience in Heavy Truck Maintenance
• Experience leading a team of diesel mechanics maintaining a heavy truck fleet
• A customer focused mindset
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skill set

• Competitive Compensation: $95,000 - 100,000 Base + Annual Bonus (up to $5,000) + $100 Monthly PM Bonus at >95%
• Steady Schedule: Monday through Friday on 2nd Shift (3:00 PM until 11:30 PM)
