Diesel Technician

Freightliner of Hartford is Connecticut's largest Heavy-Duty Truck Dealership that offers higher salaries, bonuses, and factory training onsite.

We are looking for a full time diesel technician or mechanic with a minimum of three years of experience working on heavy-duty trucks. You need to have a general understanding of heavy duty truck systems along with an understanding about diesel engines and after-treatment devices. We are a certified training location for Freightliner and offer on the job factory training. We offer a great working environment and we are always looking for suggestions on how to improve our business. We have a monthly incentive program for our techs. You need to have your own tools and be able to move trucks around in the parking lot along with pulling trucks into the repair bay. CDL is not a requirement, but it certainly is beneficial.
