Don’s Ford of Utica is expanding and upgrading our service department—and we’re looking for experienced Diesel and Heavy Engine Technicians to help take us to the next level.

💰 Earning Potential: $60,000 – $150,000+ (Flat Rate + Bonuses)

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair diesel and heavy engine systems
• Perform maintenance and full vehicle inspections
• Repair engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, and more
• Test drive vehicles to ensure quality repairs

What You Bring:

• Proven technician experience (diesel preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Solid work ethic and team mindset
• Ford experience is a plus—but not required
