Salary: $70,304 – $75,000 annually

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support daily operations of the dietary department to ensure smooth, efficient service
• Supervise, schedule, and develop dietary staff to maintain high performance standards
• Oversee food preparation and service, ensuring meals are safe, appetizing, and meet dietary requirements
• Manage food ordering, inventory, and budget controls
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility dietary and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams to support resident care
• Monitor resident dietary needs, preferences, and satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in dietary services within a skilled nursing facility or healthcare setting preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience required
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and dietary regulations
• Excellent organization, communication, and team-building skills
• ServSafe Certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain
• Passion for providing quality service and enhancing the resident experience
