Group Details

Tradeweb’s Digital Assets team is seeking a Market Support Associate to provide front-line support for institutional crypto trading activity. This person’s role will primarily ensure seamless trade execution, issue resolution, and data integrity across the platform.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the frontline client contact for all platform-related matters


• Establish working relationships with institutional clients and market-making partners


• Partner closely with the sales team to support trader coverage and platform engagement


• Responding in a timely manner to client inquiries and resolving trading issues


• Triage and escalation of technical issues to appropriate teams


• Monitoring trades, establishing proper dispensation of orders


• Support user onboarding, entitlements, and system setup- data entry involved

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Attention to detail


• Understanding of Tradeweb’s markets; crypto market familiarity a plus


• Excellent work ethic with high level of initiative


• Strong verbal/written communication skills


• Extremely comfortable with technology – proficient with full MS Office suite

• The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $80,000 to $100,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule.  The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
