"Minimum 10-12+ years of experience in software development, with proven delivery in enterprise environments. Experience working in Agile/Scrum/SAFe teams. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Expertise required for each developer: Power Platforms (must be strong in Powerapps with canvas is must), Power Automate, .NET with React JS, Azure DevOps, SQL proficiency (Dataverse, SQL Server / Oracle / any relational DB), Azure functions APIM, Azure blogs and services for LCNC with sharepoint handson using LCNC is preferred. Experience in AI driven development approach using Copilot / Vibe coding is a plus. All work will be executed in alignment with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) as practiced by client, including participation in PI Planning, Iteration Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt events, and adherence to program Definitions of Ready and Done."
