Digital Consultant

A Digital Consultant utilizes both creative and client relations skillsets. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, customer and client service skills, excel in a fast paced environment, organizational skills, attention to detail and an interest in design.

Role and Responsibilities

Builds and maintains relationships with a dedicated group of 40-45 dealers
Build creative assets in Photoshop
Optimize automotive websites
Draw key insights from analytics and communicate to client
Manage a multitude of tasks in a timely fashion
Phone and email dealer support communication
Communicate program updates
Provides consultative digital strategy advice
Collaborate with field team to ensure program success
Access dealer back end tool to implement requests and collaborate with provider support teams for advanced requests
Consult with dealers on the Dealer Digital Program and provide insight on all certified providers

Desired Skills and Experience

The ability to work independently but also as a team player
Time management and superior organizational skills
Strong communication skills, proper phone and email etiquette
Adobe Photoshop experience preferred
Understanding of the digital marketing field

Qualifications

1-3 years of relevant industry experience
If a recent grad, relative experience in an internship or campus club/organization
Bachelor's degree required
Previous phone or customer service experience
Tech and media savvy
