  • Monitor comments, messages, and tags, respond appropriately, and escalate when needed

  • Experiment with trends, formats, and platform features to keep Carlow relevant and competitive

  • Prioritize authentic, student-shot and lo-fi material when it supports stronger engagement

  • Track performance metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, video views, saves, shares, click-throughs, and traffic

  • Use analytics to refine topics, formats, timing, and calls to action

  • Ensure all work reflects Carlow's visual identity, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines

  • Develop audience-specific storytelling for prospective students, adult learners, graduate students, alumni, donors, and community partners

  • Build a creative style that feels authentic to Carlow and flexible across platforms

Collaboration & Workflow

  • Work closely with Marketing & Communications, Admissions, Advancement, Athletics, Academic Affairs, and Student Affairs

  • Maintain a forward-looking calendar tied to enrollment cycles, campus events, and institutional priorities

  • Organize and manage digital assets for efficient reuse

  • Participate in team planning, brainstorms, and professional development
