Digital Knowledge Management Analyst Twentynine Palms, CA
The Digital Knowledge Management Analyst manages knowledge processes, information repositories, and digital collaboration environments that enable effective information sharing, staff synchronization, and mission execution. This position maintains the digital repository where course material is stored and shared and assists with publishing robotics course material.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organizes, maintains, and improves access to official records, battle rhythm products, SharePoint and Teams sites, staff packages, and other command knowledge assets in accordance with information management practices and organizational standards.
- Supports content capture, tagging/metadata entry, document-library upkeep, formatting and checks for manuals/guides/presentations, and publishing to knowledge management platforms.
- Supports enterprise Risk Management Framework (RMF) execution by managing and governing RMF-related knowledge, collaboration spaces, and repositories across the organization.
- Coordinates with MCRIG on education requirements, ensuring data management aligns with policies.
- Attend conferences and meetings at both the resident site and other locations off-site, to include the regional hubs.
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- DoD 8570.01-M / DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CySA+) or higher (e.g., CISSP, CASP+).
- Active Commercial Cloud Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Data Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate).
- Experience with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model and Systems Approach to Training and Education (SATE).
- Proficiency in Python, advanced SQL, and building secure REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Experience with Master Data Management (MDM), Event-Driven Architecture (Kafka), and Cloud Data Warehousing in highly secure, Impact Level 5 (IL5) or IL6 environments.

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Required to sit or stand for extended periods of time and maintain focus.
SPECIAL POSITION NOTATIONS
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Qualification as an authorized company driver is required. All authorized company drivers must have a valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and a driving record that is acceptable to the company’s auto insurance provider.
SECURITY CLEARANCE
- A NATO Secret Clearance is required for this position.
