Digital Marketing & Analytics Specialist

Primary Accountability

The Digital Marketing & Analytics Specialist is responsible for performing digital marketing & analytics-related duties on a professional level in various functional areas, including assisting in delivering value and performance of the organization’s brand, services, digital marketing initiatives, and programs. 

Description of Primary Responsibilities

1. Responsible for carrying out responsibilities in the following functional areas, as assigned: Research and Analytics related to all digital platforms 
   
   
   
   1. Responsible for conducting research and reporting on analytics related to digital marketing trends.
   
   
   2. Responsible for conducting research and reporting on competition in the marketplace for strategic benchmarking.
   
   
   3. Responsible for conducting research and reporting on analytics for all digital marketing platforms, including but not limited to social media platforms, Google Business Profiles, LocaliQ Agency Digital Advertising, website data, etc. 
   
   
   4. Responsible for reporting digital advertising performance metrics and recommending messaging realignment on underperforming marketing campaigns and initiatives. 
   
   


2. Responsible for digital advertising content creation and implementation.
   
   
   
   1. Responsible for the creation of multiple digital ad sizes and formatting for paid digital display ads, social media ads, OTT ads, etc.
   
   
   2. Responsible for producing and editing reels and video shorts to be used on multiple media platforms to increase reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
   
   
   3. Responsible for the production and publicizing of social media stories. 
   
   


3. Responsible for making recommendations to the Marketing & Communications Manager based on analytics and data metrics, resulting in the execution of high-performing digital marketing campaigns
   
   
   
   1. Responsible for reviewing social media accounts daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually to ensure functionality and accuracy and recommend any needs for adapting paid advertising. 
   
   
   2. Responsible for identifying underperforming digital campaigns and making recommendations for realigning initiatives for high-performing content.
   
   
   3. Responsible for managing strategic social media output.
   
   
   4. Responsible for managing the social media scheduling platform.
   
   
   5. Responsible for building strategic digital campaigns and initiatives and coordinating with Graphic Designer, LocaliQ Agency, and all affected contributors.
   
   
   6. Responsible for reporting digital advertising performance metrics and recommending messaging realignment on underperforming marketing campaigns and initiatives. 
   
   


4. Responsible for elevating social media presence by engaging with our profiles and post comments, and sharing relatable non-FHCN generated posts and pages. 
   
   
   
   1. Responsible for engaging with all social media comments by responding, liking, and/or seeking additional feedback.
   
   
   2. Responsible for tracking and engaging with non-FHCN-generated content that FHCN may be tagged in or included in.
   
   


5. Responsible for optimal functionality of the FHCN website and patient user experience (UX).
   
   
   
   1. Responsible for tracking ADA compliance, making policy updates, and ensuring the website is compliant using the Monsido platform and following the standards of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) AA. 
   
   
   2. Responsible for tracking and implementing SEO edits and content to optimize website traffic and engagement.
   
   


6. Responsible for acting as liaison with FHCN’s webmaster to make all edits and updates to FHCN’s website.
   
   
   
   1. Responsible for maintaining accuracy of FHCN hours, services, and special programs through various platforms.
   
   
   2. Updates content, news, and press releases, including hours of operation on FHCN’s website.
   
   
   3. Ensures Google listings are current with expansions of new services and health centers.
   
   
   4. Updates Company monitors to promote internal marketing strategies and employee engagement. 
   
   
   5. Maintains accurate listings of signage at health centers and conducts walk-throughs.
   
   


7. Responsible for adhering to the Attendance and Absenteeism Policy, recognizing that regular attendance is considered an essential function of all FHCN positions.  Absenteeism is not being at work or failing to attend a paid workshop, training, or event unless the absence is protected by law. 


8. Ability to present to and work at any FHCN location, both at the beginning of a shift or during a shift, based on business need.


9. Performs other duties as assigned.

Description of Primary Attributes

Professional & Technical Knowledge:

Effective June 1, 2026, all individuals hired into the role must:

1. Possesses specific advanced knowledge and skills, including written and verbal communication skills, computational, computer and technical skills, and mathematical knowledge frequently acquired through the completion of a Bachelor’s degree with a recognized major or comparable experience, and; or comparable experience, and; 
   
   
   
   1. A combination of relevant experience and completion of a high school diploma with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5, or General Educational Development (GED) with a minimum overall score of 162.5, and healthcare-related knowledge frequently acquired through completion of a trade school, para-professional, or certificate-type program.  Two years of progressive responsibility in functional areas of Marketing and Digital Analytics.
   
   
   2. If an individual has completed a degree at a higher level than required by the role and had a stronger GPA in that program, they may provide proof of GPA from that degree in lieu of the high school diploma or Bachelor’s degree. 
   
   


2. Two years of progressive responsibility in functional areas of Marketing and Digital Analytics.


3. The performance of the job duties and responsibilities requires administrative knowledge of marketing technologies, advanced knowledge of all social media platforms and data analytics, and advanced knowledge of Google Business Listings, Google Reviews, and spreadsheets.

Technical Skills:

1. Ability to create highly complex documents in Microsoft Word, including linking multiple files and embedding objects linked to other documents. 


2. Ability to use advanced functions of Microsoft Excel, such as to create and manage databases, including creating standardized reports, or link multiple worksheets and workbooks.  


3. Ability to develop sophisticated presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint, including the use of embedded objects, transitions and other elements.


4. Advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva required.

Licenses & Certifications: Valid CA driver’s license.

Communications Skills:

1. Job duties require compiling and analyzing information prepared in effective written form, including correspondence, reports, articles or other documentation.


2. Duties require preparation and execution of presentations to large groups.  


3. 3. Effectively conveys technical information to non-technical audiences.

Dependent upon assignment, the employee may be required to travel across multiple sites. 

Pay Scale: 

Min Hourly Rate: $27.34

Max Hourly Rate: $37.73
