Job Description - Digital Printing Room Operator

Digital Printing and Cutting Operator

We are looking for a skilled Digital Print and Cutting Operator with up-to-date knowledge of the industry and software for a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare job files and QC artwork using Adobe Illustrator

Loading the printing equipment with appropriate material according to customer specifications.

Coordinate jobs at the printers through printer software.

View print while it is running to ensure quality regarding printer errors and color flaws.

Follow job specifications for finishing process and deliver order appropriately.

Maintains accurate production records

Rips digital files for production

Loads/unloads finished product from machine

Makes efficient use of inventory on hand

Loads inks and performs routine maintenance

Operates finishing equipment, performs machine logs after each shift
