Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand their goals, then develop and execute strategic digital plans based on data and insights.
  


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and detailed plans, including third-party integrations.
  


• Manage all phases of digital project execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  


• Oversee and coordinate cross-functional teams, holding stakeholders accountable for deliverables while fostering collaboration.
  


• Monitor and maintain project scope, timelines, and budgets, communicating updates to all stakeholders.
  

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, technology, or a related field.
  


• Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  


• Basic understanding of web development processes (e.g., HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, MySQL) and knowledge of agile methodologies.
  


• Passion for online marketing and a drive to stay ahead of industry trends.
  


• Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to deliver complex instructions effectively.
  


• Familiarity with project management tools and agency experience are highly desired.
  


• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and operate in the United States without sponsorship requirements.
