Digital Senior Producer - ON SITE

Location: Encinitas, San Diego, CA (Hybrid) - On-site 3 days a week (M, W, TH).

We're looking for a Senior Producer with creative agency experience who is accomplished in working with teams to develop digital strategy, traditional websites, e-commerce, and system designs. This role works with both digital agencies and direct-to-consumer clients. You bring order to complex, fast-moving projects, skillfully coordinating designers, developers, and clients toward a shared plan. You thrive on creating timelines and estimates and defining the resources a project needs to succeed. You take pride in exceeding client expectations and in fostering a collaborative, positive environment across your clients and your team.

Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle for a variety of digital projects, including strategy, websites, e-commerce, videos, systems, and products.
• Scope Management: Define project scope of work, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Timeline & Budget Management: Develop and manage daily tasks, and create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate and manage project resources, including designers, developers, and QA specialists.
• Risk Management: Identify and assess potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate clear and consistent communication between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet the highest quality standards and client expectations.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of project management processes and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located in the San Diego area and able to work our hybrid schedule.
• 6+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager or Producer in a creative agency.
• Solid understanding of the project lifecycle, including Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing a variety of digital projects.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp).

Salary and Benefits:

• $80,000 - $92,500 is the salary range for this position. There is flexibility based on the candidate's qualifications. This represents only a portion of the overall package.
