As a Digital Solutions Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in supporting the successful delivery of interactive portals, training experiences, and other digital solutions built within Virtuoso, our dynamic digital platform. Working closely with the Delivery Lead and Digital Solutions Specialist, you’ll assist with project coordination, platform configuration, quality assurance, documentation, and the implementation of standard deployments and enhancements. This is a contract role.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, technically curious, and eager to grow. You’ll gain hands-on experience while helping keep projects accurate, organized, and on schedule—and contributing directly to digital solutions that make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Delivery Lead and Digital Solutions Specialist in coordinating day-to-day project activities, maintaining schedules and task lists, tracking assignments, and providing timely progress updates.
• Complete configuration, content updates, portal setup, uploads, and other implementation tasks within the Virtuoso platform for standard deployments and enhancements.
• Perform quality checks to confirm implementation accuracy, support launch preparation, and promptly escalate execution issues, risks, or blockers.
• Coordinate internal meetings, document action items, participate in planning discussions, and support effective handoffs across project phases and functional teams.
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, implementation records, meeting summaries, tracking systems, and status reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Digital Media, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, digital implementation, or a related role, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, multitask, and follow established processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and communicate professionally with internal teams and clients.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 required; experience with Monday.com, Notion, PMA Database, and basic HTML preferred. Minimal travel may be required based on client or project needs.
