You\u2019ll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project are completed on time and within budget.\n\nIn this role, you will directly contribute to ___.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n * Lead projects [insert group/functional area] related projects to solve complex business problems.\n * Build solutions that will improve [insert relevant] business processes and support critical business strategies.\n * Provide actionable insights for management to support decision making through data collection and analysis.\n * Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders.\n * Ensure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirements.\n * Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve the process.\n * Run change management for projects and programs and support proper project closure.\n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience; or Master\u2019s degree with 6+ years\u2019 experience; or equivalent experience.\n * 6+ years of related experience in project management or program management\n * Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.\n * Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.\n\n\n\n## Preferred qualifications\n\n * Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.\n * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n * Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.\n\n\n\n## Our commitment\n\n \n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories \u2013 On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. \u2018On-site Flex\u2019 you\u2019ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. \u2018Virtual Flex\u2019 you\u2019ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.\n\nSalary\n\nCA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $92,000.00 - $211,000.00.\n\nThe above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role.
