Our Downtown Middleton Smokehouse is looking for a friendly, hardworking Dining Room Attendant to help create a clean, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest. If you enjoy staying busy, working with people, and being part of a team, we’d love to have you join the 4R Family!

What You’ll Do:

• Keep the dining room clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout the shift
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
• Refill drinks, restock utensils, napkins, condiments, and other dining room supplies
• Assist guests with questions and requests
• Support servers, runners, and other team members to keep service running smoothly
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, tables, counters, and other guest areas
• Help ensure the dining room is welcoming and ready for every guest

What You Bring:

• Positive, friendly, guest-first attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stay on your feet and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Great attention to cleanliness and detail
• Reliable and willing to jump in wherever needed
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus—but not required
