As a Dining Room Host at Chick-fil-A Newington, you are the face of hospitality and warmth, ensuring our guests feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. Your role is essential in creating a memorable dining experience through genuine interactions and attentiveness to detail. Help us build the Chick-fil-A brand on the Seacoast!

Responsibilities:

• Welcome Guests: Greet guest with a warm smile and a friendly welcome, making them feel valued and appreciated.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the dining area is clean, tidy, and inviting throughout your shift, including clearing tables, wiping down surfaces, and replenishing supplies.
• Refresh Beverages: Refill drinks and provide additional napkins, utensils, or condiments as needed, always going the extra mile to enhance the guest experience.
• Engage with Guests: Build rapport with guests through friendly conversation and anticipate their needs, creating a personal connection that makes them feel special.
• Problem Resolution: Address any guest concerns or issues promptly and with a positive attitude, striving to exceed their expectations.
• Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient dining experience for all guests.

Flexible Shedule (2-5 days per week, 3-7 hours per shift):

• Day Shifts: Potential shifts: 11am-2pm, 11am-4pm
• Evening Shifts: Potential shifts: 2pm-7pm, 4pm-7pm
