Job Description
At Chick-fil-A, the Dining Room Host role is more than just maintaining the dining area; it's about delivering genuine hospitality. Dining Room Hosts are responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting guests with their needs, maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining room, and ensuring every guest receives Chick-fil-A's signature second-mile service.

Dining Room Host Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a smile and friendly attitude
- Create and maintain positive interactions with guests
- Speak enthusiastically and professionally
- Make emotional connections with guests through genuine hospitality
- Assist guests with dining room needs, including refilling beverages, delivering condiments, and providing table-side assistance
- Ensure dining room, restrooms, patios, and common areas remain clean, stocked, and inviting
- Clear and sanitize tables promptly and thoroughly
- Monitor dining room cleanliness and address issues proactively
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and demonstrate a strong work ethic
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules, policies, and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
