Role Overview:

As a Dining Room Host/Hostess, you are the face of hospitality in our restaurant. Your role is to ensure every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and appreciated. You'll maintain a clean and inviting dining environment while creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet every guest with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm
• Engage with guests, offering table touches, refills, and friendly conversation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, restrooms, and outdoor areas
• Wipe down tables, sweep/mop floors, take out trash, and ensure a spotless guest environment
• Assist guests at the drink and condiment stations
• Provide high-level hospitality and handle guest concerns with professionalism
• Restock necessary supplies to ensure smooth front-of-house operations
• Proactively identify and respond to guest needs
• Follow Chick-fil-A brand standards, policies, and dress code
• Support fellow team members and leadership with a flexible, helpful attitude
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 25–40 lbs regularly
