We are seeking a Dining Manager to join our team! This dynamic role is responsible for managing the food service operation at a healthcare facility while ensuring to uphold our core values.

Job Profile:

• Oversee day to day dining operations
• Develop, train and supervise staff
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with residents
• Assist the director with meeting operational and financial goals
• Maintain the highest standards of service and quality
• Ensure all sanitation and safety guidelines are followed

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A degree in a related field
• Certification for Dietary Management (CDM) preferred
• Three or more years of food services management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Healthcare and culinary experience
• A current ServSafe certification
• A positive and proactive demeanor with excellent communication skills
