Dining Room Server

Server - Full Time

Grand Villa of Clearwater is seeking a dedicated and personable full-time server to join our dining room team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide exceptional service in a welcoming environment, contributing to the comfort and satisfaction of our residents and guests. The ideal candidate will be flexible with scheduling to accommodate various meal times throughout the day and evening, with some weekend shifts required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet residents and guests warmly, ensuring a positive dining experience

- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders

- Serve meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner

- Assist with setting up and clearing tables

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a dining or hospitality setting preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

- Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights

- Must pass Level Two background check and drug screening
