Key Responsibilities:

- Greet residents and guests warmly, providing attentive and courteous service

- Serve meals and beverages in accordance with safety and quality standards

- Assist residents with dining needs, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area before, during, and after service

- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and seamless dining operations

- Respond promptly to residents’ requests and feedback, demonstrating empathy and professionalism

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a server in a restaurant, assisted living, or senior care setting

- Genuine compassion and a caring attitude toward seniors

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
