Dining Room Supervisor

The right person for this job will maintain a clean, well-organized front of house operation by:

• ensuring every guest is getting stellar service
• being able to work, or assist with, all front of house positions
• booking reservations
• opening/closing down dining room - store
• daily deposits and reports
• creating an environment where employees are appreciated and supported
• understanding their co-workers and helping them succeed
• being patient and excelling in conflict resolution
• hourly position - PT/FT - closed Sunday's and most major holidays

Team Lead ensures that each moving part of the restaurant is working correctly. A great Lead can anticipate where they are needed and has a knack for problem solving and multitasking.
