Direct Care Staff

Immediate hiring of Direct Care Staff in Orange, CA. Preferred experience working in supported living or working with individuals with other intellectual disabilities is a plus!

Rate: $19/hr
Position #1: Full Time
    Sunday(tentative) 10am-6pm
    Monday 12pm-8pm
    Tuesday 12pm-8pm
    Wednesday 12pm-8pm
Position #2: Full Time
    Wednesday 12pm-8pm
    Thursday 12pm-8pm
    Friday 3pm-11pm
    Saturday (tentative) 10am-6pm

Primary Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of Spread Your Wings Direct Care Staff (DCS) is to provide a safe and supportive environment for our clients. We tailor our support to each person's specific needs and desires, ensuring they live the life they want, and as independently as possible. When an individual is in crisis, DCS is expected to recognize the situation and utilize the appropriate procedures to handle it professionally and safely.
