Direct Care Staff is a key position and requires an individual who has the desire and skill to work with persons who have intellectual, emotional, physical and often times behavior challenges. Direct Care Staff must be a self-starter, with little need for supervision in carrying out job duties. Staff will work closely with residents in areas of and not limited too; transporting, assist in residents hygiene, food preparation, groups and other related job duties. Staff must place safety as a priority, while demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.
