Job Title: Direct Care Worker

Location: Massachusetts (Waltham, Somerville, Medford, West Roxbury, Boston, South Walpole, Arlington, Roslidale)

Salary: $17.50 per hour - MAP (Medication Administration Program) Certified - $20-$23 per hour

Position Type: W2 (Per Diem, Part Time, Full Time, Temp to Perm)

Shifts Available:

• Morning: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Evening: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Overnight: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily living support, including assistance with personal care and hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
• Develop and maintain positive, supportive relationships with clients.
• Implement care plans to meet individual needs.
• Promote the independence and social skills of clients.
• Accompany clients to appointments and community outings.
• Observe and document client progress.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fingerprints (obtained within the last year).
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
