Direct Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Care Workers in Clawson, MI. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients


• Follow individualized care plans and document client progress accurately


• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients


• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals


• Report any changes in client condition to appropriate supervisors promptly

Requirements

• Previous experience in direct care or a related field preferred but not required


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Reliable, compassionate, and patient with a strong work ethic


• Ability to pass background checks
