Position Summary:
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to provide in-home care to seniors in Bristol, PA (19007). In this role, you’ll support elderly clients with day-to-day tasks and help create a safe, respectful, and nurturing home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  Assist with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting

  Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

  Engage clients with companionship and meaningful daily activities

  Accurately follow care plans and document all services provided

Qualifications:

  Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with seniors as a DCW, CNA, or HHA

  Verifiable professional references required

  Ability to work 12-hour shifts reliably and consistently

  Must pass background checks, TB test, and physical exam
