Direct Support Professional

Creed Medical is seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSP). In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them lead fulfilling and independent lives. As a DSP at Creed Medical, you will assist clients with daily living tasks, promote community participation, and provide emotional support. Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
• Support individuals in developing life skills and achieving their personal goals.
• Encourage and facilitate participation in community activities and social events.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and any incidents.
• Promote a safe and nurturing environment for clients.
• Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.
