Direct Support Professional

Creed Medical is looking for dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team. As a DSP, you will play a key role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them live fulfilling and independent lives. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and encouraging personal growth and community involvement. Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care tasks such as grooming, hygiene, and meal preparation.
• Support clients in participating in social, recreational, and community activities.
• Implement individualized care plans and document progress accurately.
• Provide companionship and foster positive relationships with individuals and their families.
• Maintain safety and ensure a clean living environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and family members to meet clients' needs effectively.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.
