Direct Support Professional

Creed Medical is looking for compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team. In this role, you will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and helping enhance their quality of life. As a DSP at Creed Medical, you will work closely with clients to provide personalized care, encourage community engagement, and foster a positive and safe environment. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Support skill development and encourage participation in community activities.
• Follow individualized support plans and document progress accurately.
• Provide emotional support and promote social interaction.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
• Collaborate with family members, healthcare providers, and other staff to enhance client care.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in caregiving or direct support preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire.
