Direct Support Professional

Creed Medical is looking for dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team. The DSP will provide essential support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting them in daily living tasks and promoting their independence. This role involves helping clients with personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, and community integration activities. Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support clients in participating in community and social activities.
• Implement and follow individualized care plans.
• Document client progress and report any changes in health or behavior.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to clients.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in caregiving or direct support is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
