Direct Support Professional

Creed Medical is seeking dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professionals to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this role, you will assist clients with daily living activities, promote their independence, and enhance their overall well-being. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Support and encourage participation in social, educational, and recreational activities.
• Follow individualized care plans and document client progress accordingly.
• Maintain a safe and positive living environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Report any changes in clients’ health or behavior promptly.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in direct care or support roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or within required time frame after hire.

Flexible Schedule.

Pay Rate $18-$20 per hour
