Direct Support Professional

Creed Medical is actively seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role involves assisting clients with everyday tasks, promoting independence, and enhancing their quality of life through personalized care and community involvement. As a DSP at Creed Medical, you will play a vital role in fostering a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages growth and self-confidence.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with personal care activities including grooming, bathing, and medication reminders.
• Support clients in participating in community and recreational activities.
• Implement and follow individualized support plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Document daily activities and any changes in client conditions accurately.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for all clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the healthcare team.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in caregiving or direct support preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.

Flexible Schedule.

Pay rate $18 - $20 per hour
