Direct Support Professional

Creed Medical is seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in enhancing our clients' quality of life by assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and facilitating community involvement. Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and other daily living tasks.
• Support clients in community participation and social activities to promote inclusion.
• Implement individualized care plans and accurately document client progress.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment at all times.
• Communicate effectively with clients’ families and healthcare teams.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to Creed Medical policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience as a Direct Support Professional or in caregiving preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Flexible Schedule; Mon-Fri 5:00p.m - 9:00p.m
