As a DSP, you’ll work one-on-one with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD), supporting daily routines, community involvement, and personal goals in a way that is engaging, respectful, and empowering.

What You’ll Do
- Support daily routines (cooking, cleaning, personal care with the client)
- Help clients get into the community and stay engaged
- Follow care plans and goals
- Communicate with families and your team
- Complete notes and documentation
- Ensure safety and well-being at all times

Current Clients Needing Additional Support
Client 1:
- Male | 8yrs | 97013
- Schedule: During the school days 3:45-7:30pm (every week day except Tue) Sat & Sun 9am-5pm, During the summer, flexible on the days and times
- Likes: He is laid back and goes with the flow, very easy going, He is very funny and enjoys the company of people that are lighthearted and easy to be around, He likes to help around the house, and watching others perform an action and then copying them, He loves his family and friends
- Needs: Someone who is patient, kind, and consistent. He benefits from focused one on one support, assistance when learning a new skill, Keep boundaries and expectations consistent, someone who is always aware of their own actions as this client is watching and will learn from you.
Requirements
- 18+ years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of caregiving or related experience
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Smartphone required
- Ability to pass a state required background check
- CPR/First Aid/AED (or willing to obtain)
Pay & Benefits
- $24.00/hour
