Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Creed Medical is seeking caring and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team. As a DSP, you will provide essential support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting them with daily living activities and encouraging independence. Your role will include personal care, community integration, and implementing individualized support plans. At Creed Medical, we strive to create a positive and empowering environment for both our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Support clients’ participation in community and social activities.
• Implement individualized care and support plans adhering to prescribed guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report significant changes in client condition.
• Foster a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams, families, and other stakeholders.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience as a Direct Support Professional or in caregiving preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Flexible Schedule.

Pay Rate $18-$20 per hour
