Direct Support Professional - Male

Creed Medical is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Male Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide personalized care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this role, you will assist clients with daily living activities, encourage community involvement, and support the development of life skills in a respectful and empowering environment. The Male DSP will play a critical role in fostering independence and enhancing the quality of life for those we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist male clients with personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and daily living tasks.
• Implement and follow individualized care plans tailored to clients’ specific needs.
• Support clients in participating in social, educational, and recreational activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and report any changes in client status.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other team members to provide comprehensive care.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in caregiving or direct support preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain soon after hire.
• Male candidates preferred for this position to meet client-specific needs.

Pay rate - $18-$20 per hour
