What You’ll Do
- Support daily routines (cooking, cleaning, personal care with the client)
- Help clients get into the community and stay engaged
- Follow care plans and goals
- Communicate with families and your team
- Complete notes and documentation
- Ensure safety and well-being at all times

Current Clients Needing Additional Support
Client 1:
- Male | 11yrs | 97223
- Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00am-10:00am (Flexible: Can be 8am-10am or 7am-9am)
- Likes: His parents are important to him, He enjoys straws and other sensory activities (sensory sandy and water), Enjoys music and movement, he enjoys being active and receiving that one on one care. He enjoys games and playing with balloons, making tasks fun, and doing outside activities
- Needs: Encourage exploration outside the home, keep in mind that client benefits from interaction with his pressure points, leg weights, weighted vest, swings, and chewies, Specifically looking for someone to assist with his morning routine before therapy appointments.
Client 2:
- Male | 16yrs | 97223
- Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 9am-1pm (Somewhat flexible)
- Likes: Getting into the community, his family, the beach, singing and music, being able to go outside and run, his iPad
- Needs: Best support is with One or Two step written directions, help him to access his food, Monitoring him at all times, keeping his iPad and cell phone out of sight when needed, consistency and follow through, Would love someone who can go to the beach with the family and client from time to time on the weekends

Requirements
- 18+ years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of caregiving or related experience
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Smartphone required
- Ability to pass a state required background check
- CPR/First Aid/AED (or willing to obtain)
