Direct Support Providers for Special Needs with Prevention and Support Certificate

Endeavor DDD is looking for a compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) with a current Prevention & Support (P&S) certification.

A female provider is preferred for this position based on the individual's specific support needs.

What You'll Do

As a Direct Support Professional, you'll become an important part of someone's daily life by providing personalized support at home and in the community.

Your day might include:

• Encouraging independence through everyday activities


• Assisting with life skills, routines, and personal care when needed


• Taking individuals into the community for shopping, recreation, or appointments


• Helping achieve personal goals and celebrate milestones


• Building trusting relationships with individuals and their families


• Providing support using your Prevention & Support (P&S) training


• Documenting services using our simple mobile app

Requirements

• Current Prevention & Support (P&S) certification required


• High School Diploma or GED


• Valid Arizona Driver's License


• Reliable transportation


• Ability to pass required background checks


• Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn


• Ability to provide safe, respectful, and person-centered support
