Overview:

As a Director at Chick-fil-A, you will be responsible for overseeing elements of the administrative and business operations of our restaurant. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our dedicated team and contribute to the success of our brand.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pioneer the newest Chick-fil-A restaurant design concept
• Oversee elements of the administrative and business operational requirements
• Ensure compliance with Chick-fil-A policies and food safe procedures
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency
• Lead and motivate a team of dedicated professionals
• Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for both Team Members and customers
• Motivational Support: The ability to enhance others’ commitment to their work
• Recognize and reward people for their achievements

Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Previous experience in a leadership role
• Excellent flexibility
