Summary:
The Director will provide professional expertise and leadership for the Office of Academic Support and Career Counseling in the John Sealy School of Medicine. The incumbent will serve as learning skills specialist by providing evaluations of medical student who experience academic difficulty, may have learning disabilities, and provide career counseling.
Responsibilities:
Ability to identify and balance a range of student needs and priorities.
Minimum Qualifications\:
Doctoral degree in Education, Educational Psychology, Medicine, or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in academic and/or career counseling.
