Director Clinic Operations | CentraCare Paynesville - Richmond - Melrose

Find your passion by assuming a key leadership role in the overall management of assigned clinics as a Director of Clinic Operations overseeing Paynesville, Melrose and Richmond clinics!  The primary responsibility and authority are to manage and direct the daily operations of the assigned clinic entities within CentraCare.  In this position, you will be expected to ensure assigned clinics provide quality patient care in a cost-effective manner.        

 

Core responsibilities:

• Responsible for developmental activities, for establishing and monitoring site budgets
• Managing employee relations and directing site leaders
• Coordinate and market initiatives with the support of marketing and communications staff
• Oversee the site’s quality programs including patient satisfaction, quality initiatives and quality measures
• Serve as the clinic liaison between the clinic and local hospital leadership to ensure program needs are being addressed collaboratively  

Schedule:

• Full-time | 80 hours every 2 weeks
• Monday-Friday | typically between 8:00 am - 4:30 pm 
• Onsite position | Will cover CentraCare clinics in Melrose, Paynesville and Richmond | Primary home base will be Paynesville

Pay and Benefits:

• Starting pay begins at $119,433.60 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
• Salary range:   $119,433.60 - $179,129.60 per year
  • Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate.
• Full time benefits eligible
• Retirement with matching, up to 7.5%

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or management related program is required or must be obtained within 3 years of hire.
• A minimum of 5 years in an operational health care management-related position (preferably in a clinic setting) is required.
• Working knowledge of health care finances and numeric ability to evaluate statistical data is essential. 
• Knowledge of Federal and State regulations and rules pertaining to health care and employment regulations is required.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to plan and coordinate the activities of the assigned clinic sites are needed.
• Verbal and written communication ability to effectively express ideas and views is necessary.
• A valid MN driver’s license, a driving record in good standing, and insurance liability coverage are required.
